Finalist Miss Teen Canada 2021
Roxanne T
Hello,
My name is Roxanne, I am 17 years old, I live in Saguenay and I am in secondary 5 at the Séminaire de Chicoutimi. To begin with, I am passionate about the performing arts: I have participated in the Grands Talents competition in high school every year for five years in solo vocals and with the music group from my school of which I am the singer. We also locally won this competition last year by performing a song of the three chords.
I am also a model for the Line Lavoie agency in Chicoutimi and I volunteer as an actress for the play of the history of my region The Fabulous History of a Kingdom. I am someone who is very involved in his school in addition to having marks in the 90% in the majority of subjects: I am a member of my class for a fourth year, I volunteer in multiple events organized by the Seminar and this is why I am nominated many times at my school’s gala each year in categories such as Member of the Year (which I won the last two years), community engagement (which I won in secondary 2) and personality of the year (which I won in secondary 3). I am also a sporty young woman who plays volleyball for the third year as an extracurricular.
As for my personality, I will start with the flaws and end with the best! Indeed, I am quite stubborn, a perfectionist and easily irritable, because for me respect is of the utmost importance. On the other hand, I am proud to be a woman of opinion, confident, sociable and outgoing. I am a person close to his emotions and who cares a lot about others. I am very dynamic and I crunch in life to the fullest, giving myself everything to multiply rewarding experiences. I am passionate about everything I do and to live the Miss Teen Canada experience is a huge privilege and honor for me!

If you’d Elected: what you would realize
Why vote for me!
I am a young woman who sincerely wants to make a difference in this world. I am a deeply optimistic, outgoing person who understands her worth and who enjoys life to the fullest. However, it hasn’t always been that way and no one deserves it. I would like to influence people to take a journey like the one I did, so that they look at themselves in the mirror and fall asleep thinking that they love themselves and are themselves every minute of their life. day. It would be amazing if they woke up with a confident smile in mind to jump on opportunities they dream of instead of waiting for them to come to them by some miracle! If I were a Laureate, it would be my dream to give conferences to demonstrate to the people I will address that society does not forge who they are, that they have their own value and that they can fully assume their role. as they are. I want to work in the helping relationship after my studies: it has always been my passion and I don’t want to wait until then to give people confidence and make them realize that they are beautiful. No one should think otherwise, because we each have a unique value, we just have to realize it!
