Nicole (Wei-Tung) is a 18 year-old fintech social entrpreneur, activist, independent journalist and pageant for politics, movements and human rights violation issues around the globe, currently studing in University of Toronto double majoring in Economics and Political Science and minor in Digital Humanities. Over the years, Nicole has worked and served in over 10+ independent jounralism organizations and human rights, culture related organizations.

Nicole has served as a founding member of EnfoTrip Startup company aims to help civilians/ students to break political echo chamber and strengthen their information literacy skills. Nicole was also a PR Director for a Taiwan-based independent news organization-The Islanders News. In 2022, she worked in multiple political settings including serving as a youth political consultant for KMT (The Kuomintang (KMT)) party). She provided suggestions and strategies for 16th Head of Youth League and bridged teen voices with political parties, and worked closely with legislators and the Taiwan Congress.

Nicole speaks up for racial injustices, immigration and cross-cultural global concerns. She is currently working on a media tech start-up company aims to introduce metaverse and block-chain media platforms to encourage political participation and immersing user experience with news/information receiving. Another business projects includes fintech regulatory sandbox and event promotion platform. Nicole has served as a speaker in 40+ international conferences and workshops and featured on 30+ media coverage.
