Hello,
My My name is Anaïs, I’m 28 years old. I’m the mother of a 9-year-old ray of sunshine, a partner, and an graphic designer, passionate about creativity and human connections.
Curious by nature, I enjoy connecting with others, listening to their stories, and exchanging ideas. I believe that small gestures : listening, being present, and showing kindness, can truly make a difference in someone’s life.
Creative, I always have multiple ideas and projects in mind. Even if not everything has come to life yet, I keep moving forward and believing in them.
My journey, like many others, has had its twists and turns. Becoming a mother at a young age transformed me. I also went through postpartum depression, an experience that led me to redefine myself.
Over time, I chose to rise again, rebuild my confidence, and return to school to create a life that better reflects who I am.
Today, this experience is a strength : it has taught me resilience, the importance of mental health, and the value of choosing yourself.

Why vote for me!
Voting for me means choosing a woman who is fully committed to what she undertakes, with heart and determination.
If I were elected Miss Canada, I would like to advocate for two causes: returning to school and mental health.
To me, it is never too late to choose yourself. Going back to school, changing direction, or simply redefining yourself can transform a life and restore confidence.
My goal would be to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. To inspire, not by giving lessons, but by sharing an authentic reality : moving forward one step at a time.

Miss Canada and Miss Teen Canada have been existing trademarks since 1946 and they are highly anticipated annually. These events advocate attitude and personality above all else. The candidates live a unforgettable and beautiful experience all in the spirit of camaraderie throughout the activities.
