Christelle N
Coming from a family of 5 of which I am the only girl, from a young age I learned to fight to assert my rights because I was often told: âa womanâs place is in the kitchenâ. I have training in administration and training in law. I am passionate about justice. Today I am a human resources management advisor in public administration where I work on overall compensation and pay equity. My fight all day long is to defend the cause of women so that they have a salary similar to that of men for equivalent tasks. My job is therefore to reduce the disparities between men and women. I also aspire to be a lawyer.
I also have a great attraction for female entrepreneurship. Finding a place in daycare is not easy. Unfortunately in a world where women sacrifice a lot of their careers for the benefit of those of men, this just creates a greater financial imbalance in the couple, which can lead to all forms of domestic violence. But what if we could work with our children at home in the absence of daycare? Wouldnât that be great for many women?
If I am elected miss, my job will be to (1) promote egalitarian relationships and fight against sexual and sexist stereotypes. This will involve the deconstruction of stereotypes in education and the promotion of egalitarian models; (2) promote the health and well-being of women, whether we are talking about mental health, reproductive health, humanization of gynecological care, etc.; (3) promote equality in employment and economic equality between men and women by raising awareness among workers in predominantly female environments, raising awareness among young people and equipping parents in terms of diversifying educational and professional choices, supporting women in areas of business entrepreneurship; (4) promote the sharing of family responsibilities and family-work balance by raising awareness about improving the distribution of domestic tasks, by encouraging co-parenting in families; (5) promote parity in decision-making places and leadership by debunking the myth about the competence of women, by raising awareness among companies by encouraging them in the process of recruiting women into decision-making bodies and encouraging women to get involved in decision-making places.
My goal will also be to set up a non-profit organization that will raise funds to encourage and invest in female entrepreneurship. The money will be made available to women who have a realistic and concrete project to enable them to start their projects.
In my free time, I play the piano and sing and I do a lot of sports. I particularly practice kickboxing and fitness. I also did judo and kung fu.
