Hello,
My name is Danielle; I am a 23-year-old M.Sc. research student and teaching assistant at the University of Windsor. I am currently examining the agricultural effects on Lake Huron coastal wetland invertebrate community composition. I have always been seriously involved with athletic communities, track and field having provided me with nearly a decade of opportunity, as well as mental and physical empowerment.
I have taken care to give back to this superb community through being a volunteer coach, officiating assistant at provincial competitions, and by giving donations to talented athletes looking to represent Canada at the international level.
The Royal Canadian Legion in particular has supported so many young Canadians with their Track and Field competitions, but also by providing support to the Cadet programs that my mother, sister and many other Canadians have taken part of. I look to continue supporting and spreading these youth leadership programs.
