Finalist Miss Teen Canada 2016

Hello,

My name is Gabrielle, I live at Saint-Lazare in Quebec with my parents and my little brother and I study at Westwood senior high school. Sixteen years ago, I was born at White Rock in British-Colombia.  I have lived a difficult past but I see an in lightening future ahead.

In the past I suffered two major operations. The first was to correct an intra-auricular communication, or in other words holes between the clavicles of my heart. The second was a welding of the spinal column. I was diagnosed with severe scoliosis and I needed metal rods to straighten my spine. These events, as difficult as they could be, made me a stronger woman.

In the future I don’t know what I want to do in particular but I wish to orient myself towards the field of psychology. I know that later on in life I want to help individuals on a psychological level. I have always been fascinated how every little event during childhood and even during the rest of the life of an individual has a great impact on the general mood and the attitude of the being.

Finally it was an honour to participate in Miss Québec and the memories that I made during this event are unforgettable. I wish good luck to all the participant of this year and hope to have the chance to participate in Miss Canada.
