Hello,
My name is Manpreet Walia. I am born and bought up in very small Village in India. My mom is house wife and my dad passed away in 2005. I have an one twin sister and younger brother. I have a bachelor’s degree from India, I moved to Canada in 2015 and have 2 years college degree from Canada in Information Technology field.
I was working for a Company as an IT Technician, but they recently laid me off and now I am looking for new job. I am working part-time as a kitchen helper. I love to travel, socialize and experience new things.
My mom is my superwoman. I want to give her all those things that she had missed and sacrificed to give us an opportunity to pursue my dreams.
Miss Canada to me is the path to show people that your free to pursue your dreams no matter what background you are. Sometimes because of family, society and friends, people stop dreaming, I wanna show them don’t be afraid to take risks. Believe in yourself. People always tell me to dream something realistic, instead of dreaming to fly. but I always says them I will fly and leave my mark on the world.

I will say with the help of your votes, I will be able to prove to all those who thinks dream only comes in sleep not in real life. So I can prove no matter from where you are coming you can still make them true, being rich and poor will not stop you dreaming and to make your dreams true.
I also want to feel how it feels when 1000 peoples stand for you and praise you, I want to feel how to it feel when whole world knows you and everybody loves you.
I also want help people when I want instead of saying no to them. Sometimes my friends or people ask me help and sometimes I can’t help them and feels super bad. I want to get help people when they are in need and miss Canada will give all those things and wings for my dreams to fly.
I want to make my own identity and want to leave my impression on the world.
