Finalist Miss Canada 2022

Hello,

My name is Maude Ste-Marie, I am 23 years old and I work as a special education technician. I grew up in a lovely small town on the South Shore of Montréal. I have always been someone spontaneous who is fueled by challenges. I find myself being the happiest when I can innovate, create, travel and take risks.

I am a dreamer, I am passionate, and I am a loving person. I try my best to always see the bright side of every situation, just like a unicorn would always see the best in everything. I spent my life juggling between different fields and hobbies to finally realize that my greatest passion is discovery itself! I want to discover the world and meet as many people as I can.

I am a huge fan of human beings; of all kinds of emotional baggage they can carry around. I love learning about mental health, and the way we can help people through rough times. I am also a travel enthusiast and I love animating crowds. That is why I have spent the last two years working abroad as an animator in resorts. I love to share my knowledge with others, and I thrive when I can also learn from their knowledge. My relationships I create with people are my biggest fortune.

I will cherish them with my whole heart for the rest of my life and I will do anything to maintain them. I also like theatre because the scene is somewhere I can let myself go through thousands of emotions at the same time. The craziest part of my personality can stand out through characters that I embody, and I love that feeling. I have always liked creating.

I feel free when I can create something new and start a new project. It makes my soul vibrate, and it motivates me so much. The year of 2013 was the beginning of a beautiful story when I was named Miss Teen Québec.

From there was born a new passion, so I decided to participate in 2015 to the National level competition: Miss Teen Canada that I also won. I could never put into words how grateful I am for these experiences that life has put in my way.

That is why, I am taking a chance this year with the beautiful adventure that is Miss Canada.

Now you all know that I need projects, challenges, adventures, real relationships with people and love to be truly happy.
