Hi everyone,
My name is Monika Turcotte. I’m 37 years old and I live in Laval. I’m a spouse and a mother of a little boy, but above all, I’m a woman with dreams and ambitions. I would describe myself as a loyal, down-to-earth, transparent person who cares deeply about those around me; I want them to be happy and have everything they need. I love to travel, discover new restaurants, visit the Gaspesie to spend time with my family, and organize small parties for my son and his friends from daycare. Having had a son who was born prematurely and has required ongoing medical care since birth, this has helped me develop certain strengths: patience, vigilance, a strong ability to adapt, and above all, resilience.
In my early 20s, I participated in Miss Quebec and Miss Canada, and having loved my past experiences with both the other contestants and the organization, I am now aspiring to the title of Ms Canada 2026. This experience will certainly contribute to my personal growth, help me step outside my comfort zone, and allow me to reflect on my life experiences.

Why vote for me!
If I am elected, I would like to use this platform to get involved with organizations that help sick children, such as the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and Opération Enfant Soleil. Having received support from CHU Sainte-Justine myself when my son was born prematurely—and continuing to receive it today through various services—it is important to me to give back. I firmly believe that every child deserves the best possible opportunities.
Encouraging research, supporting families, and helping to provide tailored services is essential to enabling them to grow, develop, and live healthy lives—regardless of their circumstances.
I am a loyal, open, and deeply caring woman who is committed to the well-being of those around me. I am always there for my friends, loved ones, and family. I will be just as dedicated to my fellow MS contestants, as well as the next generation—the Miss Teen and Miss contestants.
Voting for me means choosing someone genuine, someone you can count on.
