Finalist Miss Teen Canada 2022

Hello,

My name is Rolanda. I am 19 years old.

I am a huge animal lover, and I was born and raised in a small town called New Waterford, which is 4 hours from Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am currently enrolled in the business tourism program at NSCC (Nova Scotia Community College), the semester will end on April 20^th, 2022. When completed, I hope to open my own event planning and decorating business.

I am the youngest of 3, so by watching both of my parents and older sisters I have learned a lot through them. Throughout high school (post covid), I helped with the school newspaper, the yearbook, and took part in as many events as I could. I played the flute in the school band from grade 5-12, I play a bit of piano and love to sing. I played basketball from grade 3-10 and switched to playing rugby for one season in grade 11.

My accomplishment as Miss Teen Canada would be to reduce animal cruelty by donating time and money to rescue shelters, adopt a pet, get them into homes and out of cold cages, and much more.

Going into Miss Canda/Miss teen Canada I am hoping to get your vote to help get my ideas out and get others who also want to reduce animal cruelty involved. And that is why you should vote for me to become Miss Teen Canada 2022.
