Finalist Miss Canada 2019
Ronyca M.
Hello,
At this moment, you are probably wondering who is this young lady with the charming smile, who shows her thousand one colors such as the first red maple leaf during the dawn of the Indian summer?
Before I revealed you her name, let me talk to you a little about her. However extrovert she can appear, this young woman in the slim body hide under her big smile a very big shyness! But it is because of the same shyness that this young woman, endowed of a “space of happiness “, is never lacking an occasion to show initiative in front of an opportunity and to crunch the life with full tooth!
Holding a D.E.C in Paralegal Technology and some experiments in the Quebec’s fashion, which were for her the first step in this adventurous world, this young lady cannot, from now on, hold anymore in place! Such as a magnet, she attracts towards her people who make her realize that through each tunnel there is always a glimmer of hope. The more she carries it out, the more the young lady realizes that her goal in life, is to transmit the same message to those which need to hear it, just like she needed to hear it too (what can I say, this young woman who seems to be perfect lived an imperfect life and assumes it).
Don’t get it twisted! This Canado-Haitian is not trying to be a model for others, on the contrary! She believes that we are all models in ourselves (after all, hasn’t God has all create us in his image, has he?) All that this young woman wants, it is to show in all those who feel depreciated, oppressed and many more … That there is nothing wrong in feeling imperfect and there is nothing to be ashamed about. This young lady wants to say to these people in the need that she also has felt these resentments, but thanks to her perseverance, her will to make things right and her impartiality towards others, no belittlement can ever affect her! And if this young lady, named Ronyca Mondesir, could be able to do it, they also can!!
Just like her hometown, the town of Montreal, Ronyca Mondesir just wants to welcome all these women with open arms, and, once in union, to make the force, like known as the so well saying of the flag of her roots, Haiti, which is a culture as anchored in it as the Quebecker culture.
